Main features

 

1.      The cabinet is assembled by the Al-Zn coated steel sheet after multiple bending.

2.      Full metal armored and completely separated.

3.      All equipment can be operated when the cabinet door is closed.

4.      The cabinet enclosure is of high tightness with the protection degree of IP4X to prevent the equipment debris and pests from invading.

5.      Simple and effective lockout to prevent misoperation.

6.      ZN63A, VD4, EV12, VEP, 3AE and other models of vacuum circuit breakers can be adapted.

7.      The vacuum circuit breaker and its operating mechanisms in high-pressure chambers only need a little maintenance.

8.      It is very easy to replace the circuit breakers and the handcart is well interchangeable.

9.      The cabinet can be installed against the wall and the maintenance is carried out before the cabinet to reduce the floor area.

10.  The secondary wire is laid in the wiring duct with abundant size, so as to be easy for wiring.

11.  The cable compartment has abundant space, in which multiple cables can be connected.

12.  It is very easy to observe the installation situation in the cable compartment through the panel door.

13.  The high speed grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit of loop.

14.  The product complies with GB3906 and DL404 adopts international IEC-298 by reference.  

 

I. General Rules

 

1. Overview

 

As a three-phase AC 50HZ indoor complete power distribution equipment, the armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switch cabinet) produced by our company is used to receive and distribute 3.6-12KV network electric energy and implement control protection and detection for the circuit. The switch cabinet can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards and has the functions of prevention of misoperating the circuit breaker, prevention of pushing and pulling the handcart on load, prevention of closing the grounding switch with electricity, prevention of power transmission of grounding switch in grounding position and prevention of straying in the charged interval, referred to as the “five-prevention”.

 

2. Operating conditions

 

The operating conditions meet relevant provisions in GB11022 standard and can be meet the operation site of Class IV condensation and filthiness.
